ExamFile is provided free of charge. There are no accounts, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
Verify specs before you submit
The photo and signature specifications shown on this site are based on recent official notifications from each exam body. We do our best to keep them accurate, but exam authorities update their requirements without notice.
Always check the current official notification before uploading your documents to any exam portal. ExamFile is a resizing tool, not an official source of exam specifications.
No warranty
ExamFile is provided “as is” without any warranty. We cannot guarantee that a file processed by this tool will be accepted by every exam portal — acceptance depends on the portal's own validation logic, which can change. Use this tool at your own discretion.
Not affiliated with any government body
ExamFile is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with SSC, UPSC, IBPS, NTA, or any other government examination body. All exam names (SSC CGL, UPSC CSE, IBPS PO, NEET UG, JEE Main, etc.) are used purely for descriptive purposes.
Acceptable use
