About ExamFile

Every year, millions of Indian students and job seekers sit down to fill an exam application form and hit the same wall: the photo or signature file is the wrong size, wrong format, or wrong dimensions — and the portal gives them an unhelpful error message with no explanation.

The existing workarounds involve obscure desktop software, sketchy “free online converters” that upload your photo to unknown servers, or paying someone at a cyber café to fix it. None of these should be necessary.

ExamFile was built to fix that. One tool, exact specs for each exam, no signup, no upload, no payment.

Tools should work the first time. They should be free. And they should respect the privacy of the people using them — especially when those people are uploading photographs of their faces.

ExamFile processes everything inside your browser. Your photo never touches a server. That's not a feature we added as an afterthought — it's the architecture we chose from the start.
