Privacy Policy

When you upload a photo or signature, it is processed entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is sent to any server. We have no backend that receives your files, so there is literally nothing for us to store, access, or share. The download button saves the result directly to your device.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party cookies. If we store anything in your browser (such as your last selected preset), it stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other personal information to use this tool. You can use ExamFile completely anonymously.

We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (such as Plausible Analytics) to count the number of page visits. This data is aggregated — it does not identify individual users, does not use cookies, and does not track you across sites. We use it only to understand which tools are most useful.

ExamFile does not embed third-party ad networks, social media widgets, or tracking pixels. The only external resource the site may load is a web font from a CDN, which carries no identifying cookies.
